Question about Cameras
I have had this problem with Canon cameras, it seems to be a bug in their software. What make and model is your camera?
My solution was to manually open the camera transfer software, and manually select all images for download (rather than using "download all").
Another option is to put the memory card into a card reader and copy the files across as if you were copying them off a USB memory stick. You might have to rotate the pictures manually if you do this and use the camera in portrait format, however. Using a card reader will avoid running your camera batteries down, and will speed up downloads to boot!
