I have a Kenwood CD Pl;ayer that was removed from an old BMW and the CD Cassette was left in the cd Changer. How do I get the CD Cassette out

You can do this by two methods.
Ideally the best way is to power the unit, connect the main power, the switched power together into the +12 volt and the body as negative so as to power the unit from a powerr supply or battery.now you can eject the CD.
Secondly you need to open the panel and get access to the load motor or the CD tray and push the Cd out manually. So this gently so as not to damage the delicate mechanism /gears/CD.

this unit has security code use to input by the owner of the unit. you need to re-input this code every time you change battery or disconnect the DVD unit power. in case If you lost or forgot your code; You only might have to call SONY and send the DVD unit to SONY service center to clear the prevuos code for you ....

Error 99

The E-99 code refers to a "Disc Mechanism Error" for all Kenwood systems. This essentially means that either the magazine is messed up (if you're using a multi-disk system) or the CD loader on a head unit is malfunctioning.

Per Kenwood's factor manual:
Something is wrong with the disc magazine. Or the
unit is malfunctioning for some reason.E99
➪ Check the disc magazine. And then press the reset
button on the unit. If the "E-99" code does not
disappear, consult your nearest service center.

I have a cd stuck in my kenwood kvt 719 head unit and the touch screen controls for the dvd are not appearing.

Have you tried hitting the "Reset" button on the head unit?

The procedure is on page 7 of the owner's manual under the heading "How to reset your unit"

Here's the URL for the Owner's Manual:
http://inform3.kenwoodusa.com/manuals/KVT-719DVD.pdf

Per the owner's manual, you're supposed to call Kenwood technical support if the display doesn't correctly reset or come back on and/or if the disc won't eject.

Adding MP3 Input to Kenwood R/C

To be honest, I can't find one spec of info on that stereo on the internet. It's possible the DIN connection you see is for controlling a CD changer. If so, it's possible you can use either this cable or this cable to turn it into an AUX input. But without a manual or anything, it's hard to know for sure. You have to contact Kenwood.
