They may have been deleted from your PC, BUT they will most likely still be ON the Email Server. You need to go to the Web page of your email provider, and access it via the WEB NOT via Outlook or the like. Simply navigate to your Email server, and then enter your usual name and password,and login, now you should see your emails now that the panic is gone... you can get around to fixing your problem with you email handler and the PC.
To get to the server you would type in say, www.gmail.com, or www.hotmail.com, www.yahoo.com and find the email interface,all email servers have a web based access.
