Question about Lexmark X7350 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Whenever I try to use the 'convert to pdf' function, the files I end up with are huge and many servers reject any of them attached to emails. I click on Document and have I think the lowest resolution of pixels (200) in black and white. Still, the files are huge. Please tell me which settings to use to bring these down to an emailable size.
Also, I scan a few times and then have to power off the Lexmark (X9575) and reboot because I begin to get the "cannot locate applications list..." error message. Once I reboot, I'm able to use the scanner a few more times before I get the error message again.
Thank you for you help...I appreciate it!
Try scanning a "photo" to file and using the advanced scan options to set a lower DPI. Then from the Library view you can convert that 'photo' (of a document) to PDF.
