Problem for Polaroid PhotoMax Fun! 620 Digital Camera
ERROR: code 28 -- Windows XP & USB 2.0

I'm unable to connect my digital camera to my Windows XP computer via the USB port. When I check the USB 2.0 Controller in the Device Manager, there is a yellow exclamation mark (!) next to it. When I check on the status of the USB 2.0 Controller, the following message appears:
The drivers for this device are not installed (code 28).
What do I do now?

- Windows XP - reloaded after clearing hard drive, PCI won't load using regular windows procedure of adding hardware. Connections good, not USB but analog. Downloaded drivers from a software company, and still no dice. System is still under warrantee and sealed. So boards have not been disturbed. Give me some sound please.
