The openng page of google chrome covers only most of my destop screen, leaving 1 cm free on the left margin, with the background (dektop) exposed. Consequently, when I access any web page via google, I cannot reach the scroll on the right. It is hidden or beyond my PC screen. So I cannot operate or move any of the web addresses up or down as I chose. I tried downoading google again and again, but this trouble persists.
