I have the same problem as well with no one to offer us any assitance on how to fix it. There's an error code of "E4" on the display and that's it! Help!

My 1 1/2 year old BRADA piece of **** dish washer is doing the same thing, Leaking at the white pre molded plastic water line that ties into the Y split and the center water blade. This is in my new home as well, damaging the floor and my nice oak lower cabinets. I called the Brick, They gave me a 1800 360 2742 number to see if there is any waranty, NOT. I'm kicking mine to the curb and buying a Matag or BOSH with extended waranty. P.S. I gess thats what we get when we chiep out and buy planned obsolesence piece of **** BRADA dishwashers .

For your E4 error, it means you have over filled it abd there is too much inlet water (according to the manual)

Try removing the dish rack completely out of the dishwasher. This will allow you to access the cover/plate inside the dishwasher at the front in the center . Remove this plate (there is a little handle you can use). Then take a 1 cup mneasuring cup and scoop as much of the water as you can by putting the cup in the deepest part of the dishwasher - it is in the area under the cover/plate(this is why you remove the cover/plate). Put the dish rack back in run the cycle again. This should fixya! = )

The problem could well the plumbing past the machine... Are any of your other drains in the kitchen slow? A little snaking of the drain lines may be in order.

My Fagor dishwasher di not finish the cycle and has water in the bottom of the machine which has not drained. Now it will not start and just beeps. How can I drain the water and get it to start and fu

A small amount of water in the bottom is normal (it allows the pump to be pre-primed). Do not remove the water (as long as it is only a little in the center well).

Check out the micro switch on the door seems to not indicate that the machine is properly closed or your outlet pump is blocked and needs to be cleaned out, cause it is clogged up and cant remove water properly

Wrong dishwashing liquid used created out of control suds won't finish cycle. cleaned away suds towel and wet vac but foes not work

HI- Ah yes, the suds. Your flood switch has probably been tripped. Unplug the machine or flip the breaker. Remove the lower kick panel and you'll see the white plastic bottom of the dishwasher pan. This is designed to catch the water (or suds) if there is a leak or the water (or suds) over fill it. This will take awhile but get some pliable rag and carefully put it in the space between the bottom of the dishwasher and the pan. There is a styrofoam float on the left side about halfway back, this has to be down for the dishwasher to advance the cycle and get out of drain mode. Just keep soaking the water up (you kinda have to go over the plastic lip of the pan and down wherever there is an opening large enough to get the rag into. Once it is pretty dry it should run ok. Regarding the suds. If you get the machine to run ok then start a rinse cycle and once the water is done filling open the door and add about 4 tablespoons of any cooking oil to the water. Shut the door and let the machine run for about 10 seconds, open the door check to see if there are still a lot of suds, if so cancel the cycle to drain the machine and repeat. Hope this helps, good luck.

Brada dishwasher ef2401 wont start wash cycle

If it's under warranty, get someone to look at it. Probably a bad switch or sensor in the unit, could be something simple, and they're not hard to open up, but the soap dispenser mechanism has to be reassembled (it often falls apart upon taking the door apart). Last resort is the appliance serviceman. New house? New dishwasher? Warranty? That's your best option.

Cycle finishes but water is not draining

Sounds like too much water leftover.

Give me a make and model number of the dishwasher.

Check that the drain hose isn't kinked, and that where the drain connects at the garbage disposal at the sink isn't partially clogged. And, is the garbage disposal clean/clear of food stuff's.
I had a similar thing happen to me a few weeks ago, and it turned out the kitchen sink drain line was clogged.

Brada ef2401 door won't close

We actually had the same problem with our Brada dishwasher. There is a plastic clip inside the door that latches on to the dishwasher to keep the door closed. In our case this clip had flipped inside the door (periodically continues to happen to this day). To resolve we took the door apart - carefully - and flipped the clip back into proper position. You can only do this if the dishwasher is not under warranty as once you take it apart you will likely void the warranty on it.
