Question about Televison & Video
The typical repair for this type of problem is to replace the control box. I don't know what model you have, but you likely have a panel on the back with three screws. Those need to be removed, then the control box slides down a bit and pulls straight out. There are a couple of connectors to open, then the box comes right out. Get the part number from the box, then do a search on google or ebay for that part. It won't be cheap, but it is a repair most competent folks can do. Good luck.
