Hi

Just RIGHT Click on norton icon which is at right bottom of the desktop screen near to timer or taskbar

then you will find the stop option select it

the norton will be off

Still issue remains plese post it
i will guide you more in step by step

open the product and turn off the personal firewall,it will turn off the whole scripts
