My husband has inadvertently "blocked" my calls from his telephone. I know that I was able to unblock it at one time, however, I have forgotten the instructions.
Also, how does he do this in the first place?

Depending on what device you currently use the steps to fix this may differentiate.
For most devices you will simply access your contacts and select the individual you have blocked, and simply unblock them. Please contact your mobile provider for more assistance.
There is no security code(builded in the phone) to block outgoing calls. But exist a international codes....*33*xxxx# (and call) to activate the "block" and #33*xxxx#(and call) to deactivate restriction. the "xxxx" is a network code....is 0000 if you not changed meantime. By the way, *35*xxxx# block incoming calls and #35*xxxx# unblock incoming calls. Search on google for those codes. Good luck!
if you forget the pass, then you must format your phone by :
1. Backup your data in your phone first.
2. Make sure your battery is fully charged.
3. In off condition, keep holding " * "," 3 ", and "Green/Call" button and turn it on. remember to keep the three buttons pressed until the "Formatting" screen show up.
the security code on your phone will be reseted to default "12345",along with factory default. that's mean, remove your call baring too. sorry, this is the only way i know. maybe other experts know the better way? just use this method as your last resort :) regards
call your cell provider... they can give you an 8 digit code to fix... and its free...
other forums suggest getting another sim card... but why loose all your numbers?
