Check your mailing list. Especially check how many invisible spaces are after a name or address. Suspect extra characters are pushing the mailing list into the next page or label and then it will print an extra blank page or label. Seen this happen when I was a Computer System Administrator and had to fix a similar fault for a client.
There is a reveal code option on most word processors that shows up hidden spaces.

Is the paper jam in the fixing unit? The Hot area before the paper comes out? If so, I believe if you are looking at the exit section to the rear of the copier there should be a same Green lever that you can move and it will release the preasure of the fixing unit. The only bad news of jams in the fixing unit is if you have any pieces of Black plastic that have came out of the copier, you may have to change the fixing film.
I never figured out how to reset the machine but I figured out what I messed up on. I accidentally toggled the MAC address RX Auto to off. This means you must specify the MAC address of the machine you want to access it. This is why my computer could not find the printer. I went into the settings on the machine and changed it to auto and it works great.
Hello, It sounds like the plastic encoder strip that the system uses to count or figure out where it is located came loose from one or both ends. It is a long plastic strip that goes the whole length of the ink carriage's track and is held into place by a small hook on each end. When you re-attach it be very careful not to damage it or scratch it. Once it is re-attached the printer will be able to figure out where it's carriage is located and won't hang up. It should work fine afterwards.
