Question about Canon PIXMA iP1600 Printer
I have a ip 1600. Evertime I try to print it says, ink cartradge installed wrong. I have reinstalled them several times and it still says it. they are installed correctly
The cartridge could be bad. Try some others if they don't work then the printer is bad. I have a Canon Pixma MX300 and it seems it could be very easy to not get them seated completely.
Make sure each cartridge is completely horizontal with the table/surface it's on. If it's leaning toward you slightly it is probably not seated all the way.
The cartridges look similar to mine. You put them in the slot and push back and up until they pop into place.
