Original is on platin, print side down. Copies come out blank. Fresh cartridge is in place. Error "d04-534" is blinking. Manual says it could be wrong cartridge, or cartridge could be dirty. I checked both, to no avail.
Any help will be appreciated.

go to driver downloads at riso.com and download the riso admin tool. much easier than the web interface. test mode/print 95 if you need a config sheet with ip, for example if your subnet mask still isnt letting you see it.
1)You can set the dencity of the riso on the controll panel before you do your masters.
2)Always use original ink.
3)If you are a bit technical you can remove the pressure roller and strip all old ink buildup from it.was it with water ann soap.
If you open the drum and take it out completely, the pressure roller is the black roller inside the machine that put directly pressure on the drum. There is only one screw to loosen and then it hooked out,but it can be tricky to hook it back if you not doing it every day.
Take out the cartridge and turn it upside down, you will see a (Usually) green cylinder, does it have a ring of toner, or does it appear to have been scrathed ?
Take the copy and put it next to the drum, does the lines match? Then replace cartridge.
If not open back and take out fuser ( two screws for cover and two screws for fuser, are the rollers o.k? replace fuser.
