Re: can't get disc out of tower
Restart the computer, and when computer is starting up keep pressing many times the eject button until disk pops out. Do this a couple of times If this does not work you will need to remove the CD/DVD unit and stick a paperclip on the CD eject hole, in the front side of the CD/DVD drive.

try putting the disc back in but dont let it load.
then find your computer icon double click on it and it should take you to were it shows you your hard drive and the drive were your disc is in.right click on that and you will see were it says,open..
click open.and what that will do is what they call open the disc.
when the disc opens you should see everything on that disc that you put on there when you copyed all your files,if they are not on there then iam sorry to say but you may have lost everything if you done a full format.best of luck.
There should ba a tiny hole on the front of the tray cover on the drive. Switch off, get a paper clip or something about the same thickness and insert it carefully in to the hole, push it in until the tray opens.
I think your Internet speed is very slow that's why it is happening, Just do one thing open your facebook account in other browser, if it open perfectly then your Google Chrome is corrupt otherwise Internet speed is slow.
Hi, You will open the photo from internet from any free side .Right click on the pic and save as to your destination. After download all the pic burn cd from data option, Hope this helps. Contract for more information.
Insert a writeable CD or DVD into your
computer's CD or DVD recorder.
In the dialog box that appears, click Burn files to data disc.
In the Burn a Disc
dialog box, type a name for this disc, and then click Next.
It might take several minutes for the disc to be
formatted in the default Live File System format. When the formatting
is complete, an empty disc folder opens.
Open the folder that contains the files you want
to burn, and then drag the files into the empty disc folder.
You can copy files to the disc folder
by dragging them to the disc icon or to an open disc folder
As you drag files into the disc folder, they are
copied automatically to the disc.
The exact same thing happens to me. It reads Blu-Rays, burns DVDs fine, but when I put in a blank Blu Ray disc to burn, it freezes. As soon as I open the tray, the computer continues as normal as though nothing happened. I can't find anything on what is going on.
