My remote i dont know how to make my remote work to play 2 players for my game house of the dead 2-3

Check your controller settings. Your question is a bit scrambled. From what I gather your playing House of the Dead 3 and it doesn't shoot when you pull the trigger. The TV has nothing to do with it. It is in your player control settings.

thats only until player 2 starts playing the game. player 1 is in control until the game starts

I have the same problem. The crosshair worked for a couple of hours and all the sudden the player 1's crosshair does not show up and cannot aim, while player 2 remote was perfectly fine.
I checked the Option and made sure the crosshair is "visible", too. Still doesn't solve the problem.
I have tried to calibrate it again. Doesn't work.
I have tried to disconnect the remote and reconnect it. Doesn't work.
I have tried to synk the remote and the console, doesn't work.
I have tried to change to another new remote and make sure the battery is full. Doesn't work.
I have tried to reset software, turn off and on the console. Doesn't work.
Finally, I figured it might be the Calibration I did at the beginning mess up the system (why the vedio on youtube with a SEGA guy told us to calibrate???!). So I tried to delete the memory of my HOTD file and set up a new account (put in the disk and select the game again after deleting the original file) and it works!! EVERYTHING WENT BACK TO NORMAL.
Bad thing about this method is that we lost all of our paly history (credit, life, scores) by doing this and have to start from scratch again.
Remember! DO NOT CALIBRATE YOUR REMOTE!!!!!

yeah as far as i know you can just sync the wii remote 2 as player 1

Make sure that you press the + button on the second remote to join in.

Fixed problem. Had to sync the remote with the Wii system by pushing the red button by the batteries on the remote and the red button on the Wii console under the flap below where the disk is inserted - hadn't done that. Now HOTD works like a charm with 2 players.'

is it only house of the dead? if so the game may be damaged. if not you may need to reconnect your wii remotes

Make sure you have paired both remotes to your Wii console.
Open the little door on the front of the Wii (under the disc slot), and open the battery cover of the Wii remote (but leave the batteries in).

Push the red button on the Wii (next to the SD card slot), then push the red button on the Wii remote (next to the batteries). You should see the Wii remote's lights blink.

Do the same for your other Wii remote.

Now on the bottom row of 4 lights on the Wii remote, one should have the first light lit, and the other should have the second light lit. You should also be able to see a cursor for each remote on the Wii Menu.
