You need to report that to FACEBOOK. tell them you forgot your password and you will be told to answer some security questions and you would be told to change your password. please try that. thanks

The tags are nothing. They are just letting you know that people have said that they are this thing in the photo. Nothing will happen if you click on a tag, only it will show you in the photo where that person is and possibly take you to their Facebook account.
This happened to me before. I was using an old version of Internet Explorer. Try downloading a new browser like chrome or firefox:http://www.google.com/chrome
it probably for your slow connection speed . try to load a page at a time . if this problem continues try deleting browser cookies and try reloading . that will do .
Refresh the browser and try it again. If not logout and login again and try. If not see whether your system is connected to the Internet. If not get it connected and then try again.
