Intel D102GGC2 Motherboard has ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Chipset and you have to install the chipset drivers, which would install the SM Bus Controller as well. Please visit the link given below, download the chipset drivers and install them.

Goto the intel website and download the chipset drivers for it. The SM bus driver is included in the installation.
