I'm guessing your ISP (internet service provider) may limit your bandwidth and is cutting you off for 'hogging' it. I suggest you call them and ask if that is the problem. They'll probably want more money for more bandwidth.

Broadband is what kinda way to connect internet

"Broadband" is usually used as a synonym for "high-speed." The FCC, for example, defines "broadband" as a connection speed of at least 25 Mbps. Here are some common broadband connection types in the U.S.:
https://www.fcc.gov/encyclopedia/types-broadband-connections

Originally, broadband meant transmission using multiple frequencies/traffic types. The opposite was baseband, where only one channel of transmission in on a wire. Ethernet, for example, is a baseband transmission. (Ever seen flavors of Ethernet described using 100-BaseTX or 1000-BaseLX? The "Base" is short for "baseband.") But you would really only use broadband in that way if you were having an engineering discussion about transmission technologies.

laptop battery systems allow you to contact a user that may be walking around.dell latitude c600 battery Each system has a base unit which enables you to page the handset of a user, so long as they are in range. You can then speak to the user through the intercom facility. Some systems allow you to use another handset as the intercom instead of the base station.

How you ask? With Internet phone service, or more specifically, broadband phone.dell kd476 battery Don’t be confused by the name. A common misconception is that you’ll have to use, or have your computer running to use broadband phone service. Not true my friend! Your computer can be completely shut down, and you don’t need it at all to use your telephone with broadband phone service. No more headphones, no more typing in phone numbers, just use any touch tone telephone to make and receive phone calls the same way you always have.
How is this possible? You may be shocked by this but, you’re essentially cutting out the middle man to transfer your incoming and outbound phone calls with a tiny black box that does the same job your traditional phone company has always charged you for. It’s called a broadband phone adapter. The broadband phone adapter uses your Internet connection, (not your computer) to send your calls out to the same grid your traditional phone company uses to transfer phone calls! By cutting out the middle man, (your phone company) you’re also cutting out a huge chunk of your phone bill.
There is growing consensus that laptop battery antennas may be harmful to humans due to the huge volume of electromagnetic waves that get concentrated around it during the receipt and placing of calls. This danger is even further aggravated by cellular manufacturers who place the internal antennas close to the earpiece.

Connecting to the internet

SETTING UP A INTERNET BROADBAND CONNECTION
First you need to decide what type of broadband and Internet service you require and these are -
1. DSL that uses your existing telephone line.
2. Cable that uses a cable service and can include a cable TV service.
3. A wireless 3G network uses the mobile/cell phone network and can be separate or combine with your cell phone account. This type of Internet connection uses an USB wireless device shaped like an USB memory stick.
Note - Combined services generally offer discount pricing and may include a modem/wireless router.

If you use a wireless router with the DSL or Cable Internet service then your laptop with a wireless card can then connect to the Internet. You can also connect to a free WiFi hot spots like McDonalds, Star Bucks, the Airport etc. using the wireless card in your laptop.
If you use the wireless 3G wireless broadband service, then you can access the Internet anywhere where your ISP has 3G wireless coverage. You need to check the service coverage area where you need Internet service.
Once you decide what type of broadband your require, then you need to check with the various Internet Service providers to see if they can offer and the cost of the various plans.
Note the download limits and the associated additional costs if you exceed the monthly download limits. Once you sign up with a Internet Service provider, their documentation will include setting up instructions and/or installation CD.

My computers wait for far too long to connect to all websites, and sometimes not at all !

Clear your cache. The cache is fullof temporary Internet files that you downloaded while browsing the Internet, like movies, music and large photos. Once your system is clear of these itemsthe Internet may move more quickly.
Use Mozilla Firefox or GoogleChrome. These browsers are known throughout the Internet community for allowingyou to have a quicker (and safer) Internet browsing experience.

Connect to a wireless connectionthat is closest to your computer. Sometimes when you connect to a wirelessconnection that only has one or two bars of strength, the Internet is slower.Connect directly to your cable or DSL modem with your Ethernet cord
