Hello,
E02 means the unit is not getting the proper amount of water or the drain is clogged and the unit is unable to pump the water out of the machine. Remove the round access panel on the lower right front panel and take the drain catch off by twisting it. Water will come out so be careful, remove and clear all the debris in the drain catch. If you do not find anything in the drain area you may have a clog either in one of the drain lines going to or coming from the pump in the unit. If you have assured that the pump and hoses are not clogged and the pump is working as well then you would look as a last resort at the water inlet valve. Assure firstly that the hoses are not frozen or debris clogged and shutoff the water and unscrew your hoses and check the filters in the screw in connector side or the inlet valve. Lastly if you have assured that there are no clogs with the drain area on the unit and there are no clogs going into the units water valve and you have tested for the presence of power at the solenoid at the top of the water valve and you had power you would replace the water valve. If you have any further questions message me back and please also remember when our chat has fully concluded to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation it allows me to continue helping others in similar situations in the future Thanks Rick
