Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
It's impossible to activate the WMA playback and Flash player without a wireless connection, unless you have a custom hacked firmware (which is unlikely).
However, if none of your friends or neighbours have a wireless connection, you can go to an Internet cafe: they often offer free or cheap wireless Internet if you buy a coffee. Then you just activate WMA and Flash (it'll take only a few seconds) and both functions will be permanently activated.

If you want to enable WMA playback, just go to the Recovery Menu of your PSP (do this by turning OFF your PSP [hold the off button up for about 10or more secs until your PSP completely shutsdown]
then go to REGISTRY HACKS> then you should see there the choices for BUTTON ASSIGN, ACTIVATE WMA PLAYBACK, and ACTIVATE FLASH PLAYER...just press X over ACTIVATE WMA PLAYBACK (it should be highlighted in RED) then you're done! Hope this helps!

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
