Question about Lincoln Conveyor Oven - 1132-080-A
How do I convert a Lincoln Conveyor Oven - 1132 from 3 phase to single phase?
Switching phase on products are usually up to UL. You need a good tech and it can be done. If it is marked 3 phase and you make a single, the responsibility falls on the person that did the conversion. Components should be similar from 3 phase to single, just use OEM parts!

I had this problem with a mixer and found that they sell 3 to 1 phase converters that you hook to you single phase wiring, then you wire you 3 phase motor to the box. here is a link that should help http://www.phaseconverter.com/
