MY MP3 PLAYER WONT RESET FOR SOME REASON

are you sure you deleted all the songs?I suggest you connect to your pc again ,open the folder where your music is and just try deleting one song.now disconnect and see if the song is still there , actually on the player. It's possible you disconnected before the pc had time to delete everything or that you deleted the files from your pc not the player.Did you get the usual message asking you if you're sure you wanted to delete and did it then show you a progress bar?

GoGear MP3 player-How to put music onto it?

First You need to connect your player to the computer using a USB cable. Most mp3 players will be shown as a removable disk drive in my computer as soon as they are connected. Just copy and paste your mp3 files on to it. Dont forget to use safely remove hardware option before disconnecting it from the computer. Also if you got any software with your player on a CD i recommend that you install it on your comp so that it will help you organize you songs in a better way.

Some songs wont delete

Delete from the Windows desktop if possible. Double click on My Computer. Double click on the icon of the Sansa. Go into the music folder and delete from there.

Or

Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.

Deleting songs

Hi the best way to remove songs off mp3 player is connect it to your comp then goto my computer and open up the mp3 file might say removable disk ok select this then it will list all the songs on the mp3 player now if you right click on the songs you want to delete it will delete them.
If you cant use bigpond on your mp3 try limewire this site will give you any song you can think of for free just download them as you would normally then transfer to mp3 if the songs dont play on your mp3 then you need to convert the song format to mp3 just use search engine and type convert music file
This will list all the sites that do this and most of them a free.
Let me know how you get on or if you need further help ok
