Question about Panasonic KX-T7730 Corded Phone

1 Answer

Settings I'm not 100% sure this is the right phone, all I know is that it is Panasonic. When in the menu category there is a setting where you can get the phone to "talk"- saying who it is calling. How do I get this, What setting is it?

Panasonic makes a talking CID phone for the TA systems. A 773x is not one of them. Check your model number and post back.

Get my phone ringer to reactivate KX-TG4022 My Phone no.2 will not ring Panasonic Brand.

Hi.

From the main menu, you need to go to initial settings and then Ringer Settings. From there adjust your ringer volume and ringtone.

If you are still having trouble after trying this, contact the shop that you bought this from.

Why doesnt my Panasonic cordless phone KX-TGH222AZ doe not ring it goes strait to message. People just hang up. I miss calls. How do I fix it?

This is a simple question of the settings on the answering part of the phone setup. Go into the setup menu and change the 'number of rings before answering' to more than none. That or the ringer perhaps is muted. Make sure the ringer volume is not all the way down or off. If you need specific instructions on how to access the menus and change the settings either find the owners manual that came with the phone or go to panasonic.com and download a PDF user manual for it. If none of the settings change anything then the phone is probably broken and needs repair or replacement.

I have a Panasonic KX-TGA652 dual handset no answering machine. The problem I have is the 1st handset "the base set", doesn't seem to work properly, the 2nd handset works 100% fine. The problem is this,...

Id try the following in this order:

  1. Try swapping batteries with another set and see if the problem follows the battery
  2. Try re-registering the handset, they could of missed one at the factory. that is done by selecting menu->initial settings->register handset
If this doesn't work, then return for warranty/exchange. Mine seem to work great right out of the box.

Cannot turn off the caller ID function on the panasonic phone model No. KX-TG6051b. Have set the "off" on talking caller ID on the menu, but doesn't turn off

There's a setting under "initial setting", it allows you to adjust the talking caller-id setting on the base station. It bugged me for a while as well....having the base shouting the callers number as I was saying hello.
