Question about HP PSC 2175 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I've found out what was wrong. My cartridges expired. HP has put a "limit" on how long your cartridges last. They do this to try to prevent refilling. Cartridges typically last for a little less than two years after the expiry date listed on them.
You can fix this (as I did) by buying a couple of new cartridges # 56 and #57. They sell them together in the same pack for 50-something bucks in Walmart.
Hope this helps.

My printer exhibits the same problems as the above two posts. Furthermore, the diagnostic check down load from HP indicates all systems "OK". I have removed the cartridges, checked them for I know not what, and returned them to their proper place. Light still flashes.
