Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
Make sure, that the ethernet driver is properly installed and is Working. Moreover, do make sure, that the ethernet (LAN) is enabled, from the Control Panel Network Connections. Secondly, double check that the LAN is not disabled from the BIOS settings (Settings at the start up menu, before the OS boots).

Concerned.

My apire one d260 does not detect the"network adapter"

In Win 7 , First , Install ALL Windows updates and Acer updates. Shut down the machine and unplug, remove battery, plug in, reboot. THEN, Open the Device Manager, Scan for Hardware Changes. Did it come up at reboot? YES/NO? If no, Select YOUR OS, 32 or 64bit and Download the wireless lan driver at : http://support.acer.com/us/en/product/default.aspx?tab=1&modelId=2438

How can I enable wireless for none wireless module of CF-R8?

I suggest staying away from BIOS flashing. Last thing you want is a brick.

In Win 7 - Go to Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing > Manage network connections. Enable the wireless card.

In XP - Go to Start > Control Panel > Network Connections. Enable the wireless card.

Acer aspire one aoa150-1283 up grade Win XP to windows 7

Win 7 will use more resources and make it slower. It is a nice netbook, but still a netbook. Plus you need to consider drivers for, LAN, sound, and video.

Try testing with Win 7 advisor,

I am now using the Lenovo S100 netbook. I downgrade the OS from Windows 7 Starter to Windows XP. However, after I reintalled the XP, I cannot install the driver for my Wireless Lan. even I have download...

your down grade is the problem
win xp and win 7 are no longer supported by Microsoft so any blips in the loading process are not fixed on line
Microsoft are pushing hard for everybody to use win 10 and company statements are saying that win 8 and later version will also not be supported in a few years time
it is possible that in downloading the driver from the manufacturer site (best idea) it is possible that you missed the bit ( suitable for win os win 7 ,8 vista, 10 ) that win xp was not on the list

Where can i get the driver for Di-604 for a win 7 64bit OS

Routers don't need drivers. You connect to it via LAN using a LAN cable.
For further instructions, check manual at http://www.netwood.net/support/manuals/D-Link_DI-604_manual.pdf

HDD cannot be detected after reformatting

Ok, unfortunately, even though, you had two partitions they were both on the same Physical drive, now you cannot "Format & Partition" without breaking the install, as the Win 7 is the "Boss" and when you formatted you have wiped out all you boot track information, You maybe have a shot, if you get a Win 7 install disk, and boot off of it, then ask it to repair your "Boot Sector" this may allow you to Boot into Win 7,if you are lucky. Then you can use as normal. But if you cannot do that, you will have to boot from a Win 7 or Vista or whatever OS you wish to install, and follow the instructions, and do a complete reinstall of the OS. If you wish more than one partition, in the setup, it allows you to choose the size of your drive, so simply do all that, at that time.

LAN problems

Hi
Try to reinstall the driver software and do a system restart as well which makes sure that the OS recognizes the LAN. If this does not work then try downloading the latest realtek LAN software for Win 7 from the below link:
