The flushing unit on my peacekeeper toilet stopped working. Battery compartment is wet. I think the support let the flushing unit sit too low in the tank. I am letting it dry out now. What else?

SOURCE: Increase water in toilet tank-low flush Toto toilet

Yes adjust the float level to raise the amount of water in the tank, If you have a float that is a ball around the tank you will have to turn the water off and remove the hose from the tank and remove the nut then pull the water float device out and you will see a clap on the bottom of the float you will turn the float base so that it gets longer, increase it by two inchess so that you increase water flow. Reinstall into the tank hook it all back up and leave the lid off turn on the water and watch the water level rise be sure the float shuts the water off before it over flows, if it starts to over flow then fush it to bring the water down giving you enought time to shut off the water valve.
There is a problem adding low water systems to older septic systems. The septic pipe settles in the ground over time and may cause a ~~~ in the pipe thus causeing blockage. For future reference you can add a one gallon bottle of water in the tank like a milk jug or a used up bottle of puerified water that you have drank and this will decrease it by one gallon per flush. Hope this helps. If you need more asstance just posttothis reply!

SOURCE: peacekeeper toilet seat flusher quit

How about adding a section of the same gauge wire and soldier the connections together. Be sure you use Heat Shrink Tubing to cover the splices.

Hope this helps solve your problem.

When i flush the water in the bowl is violent and will wet anyone sitting. Is there an adjustment?

You have to install a toilet water pressure reduction value, any home depot or lowe should be able to help you with this issue. If you have a commercial type of toilet then you have to see a professional plumber place.

Jacuzzi toilet

After flush the system must close the hole which lets water into the toilet. If it does not close after flush, it is continuously letting the water thru. Check if it closes after flush and allows tank to fill.

The water level in my Toto Drake toilet bowl is normal right after a flush, but often is very low a few hours later.

The bowl is cracked and is leaking down the drain. You will have to replace it. It may have cracked if the bowl hold-down bolts were overtightened, or the bowl was not able to sit flush (pardon the pun) on the floor. If the bowl rocks when it is first installed, instead of tightening the hold-down bolts, use a couple of tapered shims under the edge of it, then caulk to fill the gap and hide the shims.
Good luck.

After flushing, wather doesnt come up in bowl evan if ball close hole good.

These are designed with a very, very low water level - just covering the well at the bottom of the tank. It's part of the design. Our family has made a practice of flushing once beforehand to wet the surfaces before doing any major business on the toilet.

My flushmate toilet got clogged. I have unstopped the clog, but it won't flush. The flushing process works, but the water isn't pushed down the drain.

My flushmate toilet was stopped up after a bm.

Because I could not get to it right away, I let it

sit for several days. Tried calling the Flushmate

800 number. They don\'t work on weekends and

it was Saturday. What to do? Read the info on

the internet but could not find solution. However

first I shut off intake water valve required for any service

performed. Did that. Got a large plastic spoon.

Fashioned a container out of supermarket paper

bag cut in half. Used bottom half and inserted it

inside double Safeway plastic bags. Scooped out

the toilet paper and feces into bag. Found most

of feces had disintegrated in the toilet coloring

water dark brown. That was a good sign. Less

solid matter to flush. Tossed bag into garbage.

Flushed the toilet and it worked perfectly. This

method works for stopped toilet only. If problem

is in the sewer line, you need another method.

How to stop a continuing slight bit of water entering the bowl. A plumber put a new unit in the tank about 3 month ago, but I do not think he put a new flapper.

Sounds like you need a new flapper. You can do this yourself. Just turn the water valve off down below the stool, flush the stool to get all the water out of the tank as possible, take the top of the tank off, reach down and disconnect the flapper. It is located in the center at the bottom of the tank. You can get a new one at Home Depot, wal mart , Lowes or any hardware store.

My flushometer toilet will not stop flushing. The

Try checking the water pressure. If it has dropped too low then the valve will never re-seat properly. Ideally over 90 psi.
