Have you check the adapter and replug it?

Please try to connect it again and reboot the PC.

Since when this problem arises, is it under warranty.

Lexmark T522 (invalid Machine code)

i take it that your getting an invalide engine code error? this is caused usually by the printer taking a power surge. you can get a batch file from lexmark to reflash the engine board however if it will take the code it usually odesnt last to long. change the engine board and your problem will go away

I need to change lexmark ink cartridge but old cartridge is not centralised in machine for me to remove it

Try turning power on and off, and pressing those ink buttons. I've tried manually but gently pulling the chamber to the center before and it's work. Btw, lexmark inks cost the most.
