Question about Mitsubishi WS-55807 TV
My Mitsubishi WS-55807 will turn on, but within a few seconds will turn back off. I did the self test (holding the input and menu) and got 2-2, meaning that it was a short protect. As you described I tested the F9A04 and F9A05 fuses. Both fuses tested bad (open). According to your posted solution this means the output circuit is suspect. Is there anyway to test that? Or do I just need to get an entire board? I'm just not sure where to take it from here. Any assistance would be appreciated.
The fuses tell you that circuit has failed and was drawing too much current. No other test is needed.
Good Luck, big Irish.
