If this is not the correct model of your phone's base unit, then just enter the correct model number at the Panasonic Support site at the following link:

You should not need to do anything else to your phone to enable the CALLER-ID feature, but the service can sometimes take up to a week to fully activate after you have contacted your phone service provider with the request.

Thanks for your help etc, it has now been sorted, was down to our service provider not doing their job properly.
