I forgotten my Restore Factory Setting Code Noka 1100

There may be some firmware problem you can solve this by giving the "restore factory settings"("reset") ..
after you press "restore factory settings"("reset") you will asked for the "security code"("password") enter that and after the reset is complete restart you cell and check it by sending the message your problem will be fixed ..
