SOURCE: Mio Map won't start

Do a hard reset, by flipping the power switch on the bottom. Leave it off for a minimum of 30 seconds. then turn it back onn, the firmware bac-up will be restored at that time.

Remove igo primo from hard drive

Connect your GPS to a computer. Use explorer to explore the contents of your device. Locate the intruders, select and delete them. make sure you do not remove your maps (if you have no backup).

I have problem when going into the maps i gat an error "hardwareIDchange" i need to reset it and load the maps please help

It can be fixed...this is happening because you changed the sd card that contains the gps software. Uninstall the gps software from the device ( remove installed programs) and then install again. If it shows you again the same error, your gps software is pirated and you must buy an original one, or find a better cracked one ;). Remember : DO NOT DUPLICATE ORIGINAL SD CARDS because the licence file will not work and you will get that error "hardwareIDchange" ( "hardwareIDchange" it says that your sd card hardware id has been changed)
