Many companies have driver updates for Vista. Please mention your camera model and brand to find updates.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have a FinePixA360 camera that my sister gave to me. When I tried to install the software a message came up that said it was for Windows XP and my version is Windows Vista. What can I do??

Hello

OK, you will need to go to the manufacturers web age, and download the Windows Vista software for your operating system.

Once the download is complete, you will need to install it, after that, you should be set.

Kind regards
Andrea

Hey there! i have the Digimax d53 and I recently purchased a new laptop and would like to download the software to it but it says it only supports up to Windows xp and mine is Vista. What can i do?

Either you'll have to break out the old XP computer, or you can download your pictures to Vista, using a card reader. There is a snowballs chance that the software may work with Vista, but it usually doesn't, since it was developed back in 06 or thereabouts. But a card reader will download the pics, and then you can use a free, 3rd party software (like Irfanview) on them for effects, or retouching. Hope this helps...

When I bought camera I had Windows XP. New computer has Vista.

So you now have Vista, but the software will not load...

If you have Windows Vista (32-bit), click this link and download the "HP photosmart software and drivers" package. Install by directions.

If you have Vista 64-bit, use this link. Download the "HP photosmart software and drivers" package. Install by directions.
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?os=2100&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=1154651&lang=en

I hope this helps you, don't forget the "FixYa" rating if this solves your questions!

Purchased a used C-3000 Zoom, 3.3 Megapixel Digital camera. Need software down load for my computer. My Windows XP program does not include this camera model.

The camera is a USB standard and serial connect camera and what we recommend for XP users as well as our new software is to look into purchasing a smartmedia card reader that connects to USB port so that you are able to transfer images using the reader as opposed to connecting camera to PC. The camera connection is not truly XP compliant.

The software that originally came with the camera is not Vista compatible. Go to www.olympusamerica.com and click the link for software downloads and then click the link for the free download of Olympus Master 2. This is the software that is now compatibel to Windows Vista.
