First the remove the battery and then reboot the phone ,if you dropped from certain height say from 10 feet then phone could seriously damaged if its dropped from a table or small height then it could the repaired you need to give the service center if the phone is under warranty or give to local mobile shop and get it fixed...

Good luck...

My e 6 rockr is not getting charging once i put it on charging its switched on and switched off its keep on repeating

please have the adapter voltage checked for the dc output , have the battery contacts cleaned and checked for the voltage.
If either of the above is low then replace.
if Ok test the voltage at the teminal of the phone after connecting the adapter.
If Ok the battery must charge but if the charge drops off the batttery is faulty provided the functions of the phone are OK.

My screen has rainbow lines on it after i dropped it? half iof the screen is white with rainbow colored lines on it, ive turned it off and back oin several times, and its still like that. How can i fix...

You can't fix this by yourself. Your LCD screen is officially broken. If you have a service plan, you can generally get the phone exchanged for a nominal fee.

Broken screen

No the only way to fix it would be to take it to someone. Cracked screens do not have an at home fix, plus if the backlight or bulb has shattered then you'll need a new one.

My t-mobile dash

Hi april_tula,

A big black mark (often looks like an ink blotch) on a mostly white screen usually means that the screen was somehow damaged/broken. The Dash is a rather good device; however, it's been known to experience cracked (inner) screen issues on a slightly more frequent basis than other comparable mobile devices.

The company that I work for sees this issue a few times a month with the Dash, and unfortunately it's just a matter of replacing it at this point.

I'm sorry this isn't a happier answer.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jonathan

My wing has a blank white screen with a black scratch

i think your solution to your problems is the T-Mobile Wing Flex Cable that must of gotten cut.it is the ribbon cable that allows you to move lcd up and down, the installation of replacing the cable is very hard if you dont know what your doing, trust me your lcd is not broken.

Motorola Q screen cuts out to a black screen randomly

OK> I have a Q9h with this problem, took it to the shop, they said its a common problem with the Q9h, something to do with a mainboard flaw. He said it cant be fixed.

Now I say it can. What you need is the screwdriver to open the back (T4 or T5, not sure exactly) and some paper. Now, open the back of the phone, pull off the casing, and you should have an open mainboard. Now, take a strip of paper, fold it up, and slip it in under the sim card slot (there is a small gap between the main mainboard and the piece where the sim card is read. Make sure the paper is snug, not tight, or you may have trouble closing the casing. Snap the casing back in, tighten the screws well, and you should be laughing. I've been good for a week, and saved myself $100 on a new mainboard or buying a new phone.

S710a problems

I am having the same problem - it won't hold a charge. Red light shows it is charging, but nothing. It may be the battery. I just called S.E. and they said it may be the battery. I ended up getting a new phone since batteries cost almost as much as a new phone.
