When i switch on 21 inch lg tv the voltage in power supply section continuously falls to 0.2 and tv wont power on

Short circuit at the main board. Check the horizontal scan output transistor for short circuit. Check its collector to emitter, or collector to base for short. Replace this transistor and check. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Check the site in 'Mosaic' view. It will make search easy. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

Sony trinitron 21 inch kv g21q1

It means that one of the secondary output voltages are short. You ll need to check every output voltage at the smps transformer. If the set is producing a hissing sound, then either the 115 v zeener is faculty or the horizontal output transistor is faulty

My 25 inch Sony CRT TV turns off by itself and blinks twice several times.

Hello
Two blinks - B+ over current protection (OCP), unit goes to the standby mode then displays the 2 blink fault. Could be a short in the power supply of any of the circuits. Its power supply regulation board has the trouble. Check for any loose soldering points in it. Resolder most of the suepected solder terminals by applying a little more solder. This is a common fault to Sony power supply system board. OK

No Display, no sound- not working, showing dead. But input Power is ok. Picture tube filamment not getting power. model sony KV-2192M3

Hello
Check the input fuse first. If it is blown, there will be some short inside the power regulator circuit. Usually Sony sets uses STR regulated power supply. You can see this STR, and Ic, screwed onto a heatsink. Replace it with a same type and number. Before replacing the STR, check the diodes used in that section for damage, mainlu zener diodes. They might get shorted along the blowing of the STR. Check that section throughly before resoldering the new STR.
If any further assistance you needs, get me through Fixya. Ok.

TV: Sanyo 21 inch tube (about 10 years old) When TV powered on. When I try to manually or using remote bring picture on (i.e. by prg up or down), the power on indicator light starts flashing and nothing...

You have a power supply problem.
The microprocessor has its own supply and is not receiving a "hand shake" from the line output stage that in turn is not receiving and power from the power supply.
The chopper transistor will possibly be short circuit taking the feed resistor with it.
Check for dry joints everywhere and MAKE CERTAIN THE HT CAPACITOR HAS DISCHARGED!!!!!
Hope this helps.

Hi there!
Sounds like a power supply fault. You could try replacing all capacitors in the power supply and others areas around the line stage, with the same values. You may also want to check the tuner or "IF" circuit for dry joints. Hope this will help you. Kind Regards, JUS004
