hi, your phone software is corrupted, you need to reprogram or flash it to a nokia care center..but you can fix it also without loosing a single cent.. press *#7370# then enter your locked code ,if not change the default is 12345...save all your data first before you do the resetting because all of those are deleted... install anti-virus to prevent that case again..i hope it will help you ,thanks for trusting fixya
While it is possible that your message memory may indeed be full that may not be the case.
Go to settings and see whether by default your messages are being saved in your SIM memory or your phone memory. The SIM memory is severly restricted, usually not more than 30-40 messages, that may be the reason that message keeps popping up.
You can hard reset the phone (Factory Settings) This will reinstall the operating system inside the phone back to how it first was. (internal memory gets formatted then the rom reloads the os back) (Solves all kinds of problems.)
Switch the phone "OFF" Hold "3" (button) + "Green Call" (button) + "*" (star button) Switch the phone "ON" while holding the above three buttons. Continue holding for about 20 seconds then let go.
Please note this will format all the saved information stored in phone memory. including phonebook numbers (if not stored on SIM card).
Try to make backups first.
