Re: saving camera images
What you can do not is have the firmware the original one that is reflash on the phone also if the tech has upgraded the phone to CID53 instead of CID52 it would be very hard to change it back to CID52 unless you do it online at topsony.com

Possible that the location you are checking is not the folder it was stored. Please check on the my images/my photos folder. You can also open camera and check the options window to see the recent images files which will indicate the location.
With the phone turned off, hold your phone securely with the front facing down. With your thumb or finger, lift the back cover off from the small opening (above the camera) on the top of your phone.
You may need to perform a factory reset if this doesn't work, however a factory reset is not a step to be taken lightly. It will permanently delete all your
data (including any contacts stored on the phone and customized settings, and will also remove any applications you've downloaded

DOWN button, and then briefly press the
POWER button.Note: If you are not sure whether your phone's
power is turned off, remove and then reinsert the battery.
Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release
the VOLUME DOWN button.
Press VOLUME DOWN to select CLEAR
STORAGE, and then press POWER.
