It seems you may need to replace the LCD. I refurbish this model phone and it can either be that the LCD ribbon is not prperly connected or the LCD need replacing. A replacement LCD costs only $25.00 shipped to your door via ebay, but you will have to find someone to replace it for you or you can do it yourself. Eitherway the phone has to be dissasembled to figure out the problem.

If your screen is white then the lcd cable probably is not seated all the way.

Follow this guide and just reseat your lcd cable instead of replacing the lcd screen:

Call t-mobile if it under warranty. If not, then take a look at these directions. Instead of replacing the lcd screen, just reset the lcd connector.

You can open it up and see if the lcd cable has come loose.

The following link provides directions on how to replace you screen. You only need to go to step 7.
After resetting the cable, and it doesn't work, then you probably need a new screen. I provided a link below where you can get those.

You can reset the LCD cable on your t-mobile dash. It sounds like it was not seated properly when installed.

Dash screen will go white.

For me, the problem was definitely the ribbon connector between the graphics chip and LCD. The YouTube video below describes how to open the dash. You only need to open the device (i.e. no need to take out the printed circuit board) and then you should re-seat the ribbon cable in the lower left hand corner back onto the PCB. Hardest part was finding a #6 torx screwdriver.
