Make sure you have fresh gas in it. The gas we use today has alot of additives in it and can't sit long or it actally goes bad.

Make sure your fuel shut off valve is on, and if there were any previous work performed on your carburator check your idle adustment.

Oil light stays on and truck wont tern on Doge Ram 1500 V8 Laramie I just pout new water pump, oil filter, oil, Battery, and distributor. Now the truck wont start. The starter terns but there is no kick. I...

If you replaced the distributor, it may be out of time. Find the firing timing mark on the harmonic damper and adjoining degree scale then mark those two points with white paint. Hook a timing light on #1 spark plug wire (driver's side front), and turn the engine over looking for the light flash to illuminate when the marks match up. Rotate the distributor until it does. If it is nowhere close, then you will have to align the distributor manually by removing #1 plug, turn the engine CW with a wrench on the crankshaft bolt while keeping a finger in the plug hole and continue until the cylinder is building compression--at the point, remove your finger and keep turning the engine until the timing marks line up. Check the rotor of the distributor which should be pointing at the #1 plug wire position in the cap. If way off, the distributor needs to be removed and turn the shaft until the rotor points correctly when the unit is reinstalled. Final adjustment is then accomplished by rotating the body of the distributor. Whew! Hope this gets you running.

I have a 94 jeep that will not start.. ???

You sure code is 32? I never heard of a 32?? First, start with simple...Is there spark from plug wires when cranking? is there spark from coil when cranking? If not, is there power at the small (+) terminal on the coil? Is there an ignition control module mounted next to the coil? Has anyone checked the crank sensor or the pickup inside the distributor? Is there fuel? after cranking is there wet fuel residue on spark plugs? If not, will engine start briefly if you spray carb cleaner or starting fluid into air intake while cranking? Does battery have sufficient charge to spin engine over well? After numerous no-start crankings, it may loose some charge (sufficient voltage is necessary for systems to function properly.)
These things must be checked before you can determine the correct path to follow...Flailing around will cost $ and unless by accident, will get you nowhere. I'll try to help but you need to first check these items and post results!
good luck
