You can either dump out the waste toner into a garbage bag, or replace the whole toner collector. If you decide to dump it out yourself, you need to make sure that the container is extremely clean prior to reinstalling it into your copier, as sensors on the copier end detect the level of used toner by optic sensor.
try to reinstall the printer driver software. you can download the printer driver software from your printer manufacturer's web site then restart the computer and printer.
in your cartage have green cheap or fuse these are reseter. the are aviable in market .change it . then your printer can work. when are u getting tonner low. recently u shuld fill cartage. i think you get empty message. just reseting cartage by new reseter than u can change old reseter. u can 100% solve your problem thanks
Does the message say Replace, or Reinstall a subtle difference, but it does matter.
If it says Reinstall, the problem is that the printer is not making electrical contact with the three small copper pads on the side of the cartridge. Wipe to remove any toner etc, and when you re-fit the cartridge 'wizzing' it back and forth a couple of times usually works. If it doesn't, look at those contacts - do they look neatly in line - none of thembadly mis-shapen ?
If it says Replace, is the cartridge a new OEM one - if so its faulty
If its a remanufactured one, the reset fuse probably wasn't replaced.
If you refilled it yourself, are you thinking what's a reset fuse ?
The reset fuse is what 'tells' the printer a new cartridges has been fitted, and zeros the count for that cartridge.
If you want to use the toner cartridge after the printer decides that it's empty, you can do it by going into the Machine Settings in the menu, and option 8 (at least on my Magicolor 2590MF) says "Toner empty stop?". Just change that to NO, and you're set to go.
Hello take out all toners and pc drum, use pressure air to clean chip reader under the toner rack (right side) also use some alcohol to clean chips on toners and reinstall.
My Konica 2430DL does this every time I start the printer, I am quite sure it is supposed to do this as I it rotating the toner and calibrating itself. On one occasion I recently had the status monitor say to install cartridge... I removed it, shook it, reinstalled it with the same results. I just purchased a new Konica brand toner, replacing the old one and 'voila' sucess! It still does the little dance (rotation) every time, but it always has, but after installing the new toner the message went away. If you reinstalled the toners, this may be your problem - you need all new toners; spendy but it should solve your problem, otherwise; if you've already done this, I don't have an answer. Good Luck!
My Dell 1600n suddenly stopped printing. It keeps saying "No paper," and even though I've changed papers, fanned it, squared it, changed how much, how little.............it still says "no paper."
