Not loud enough, is there anyway i can make it louder or do you guys have a website to buy parts?

We don't have any website here. CB radios typically do produce limited volume. If you have tried different external speakers already, and you are confident you have a good antenna setup, it seems you may need an amplifier. However consider all this first -

Turn signal flasher not loud enough

see previous poster, where he begs more quite.
in your case, add a 12vdc beeper to the dash flashing indicators.
if you have 2 indicators, add 2 diodes to the beeper , ask.
the best way is at the flasher, ( 2 diodes and beeper.)
beep minus to ground
beeper plus to 2 cathodes (band) 1N4004 diodes, (ubiquitous part) and the each ANODE to each side of flasher Left and right.
bingo , it makes more noise.

i can do a schematic easy, ask.

I just installed a clutch fan into my 2004 dodge durango and now the suv runs so heavy. I mean the suv runs loud. Is this normal?

Not sure what you mean by "heavy" and "loud"..

The fan might be "louder" because it may have been allot more quiet with the old failing fan clutch and not spinning fast enough.. Thus the new one working correctly making the fan spin much faster and being "louder"..
If that makes sense - to you question..

Clock timer volume too low

The beeper sound level can be adjusted.

Press the "BEEPER VOLUME" pad on the keypad, then select 0–3 for mute to loud.
