If twice the time provides twice the charge, then 1. turn the device off while charging, or 2. consider the charger as incorrect or broken.
A battery on its last legs can exhibit the same thing. This is due to letting the battery get too low before recharging, even on a new battery, or it is an old battery (500 recharges often cited)
It is ever so important to fully charge a new unit 5 times and use most of the power in between IMO. After that, only the 'totally exhausted' condition is the worry..
I might not be right but it is worth a shot. there is abad spot on the harddrive and everytime you play that game you hit the bad spot on the harddrive and the game will not play. so it might be worth the time to replace the hard drive and reinstall windows. this time tho put in a SSD it will make the computer twice as fast too
u need reformat ur hard drive.1st connect usb to remote.
2 hold power button in till it goes off 2 times on the third time it will beep twice fast then lift ur finger off the button then reformat.
If you completely don't want the service go to Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs> Scroll till you find the norton anti virus and click remove or uninstall.
