Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Try doing a master RESET first. This will reset everything on the phone back to factory but you will keep all your information. If this doesn't work, I would try a master CLEAR.
Keep in mind that if you do a master CLEAR, this will erase any aftermarket data in the phone. Phone numbers, pictures, multimedia messages, text messages etc., and also set everything back to factory default.
Both of these options can be found under MENU>SETTINGS>INITIAL SETUP> (at the bottom of this list you will see both options vor Clear and Reset) - the code (unless you have changed it) is 6 0's. (000000).
Please remember to rate if this was helpful. If this doesn't work, there are alot more options, this is just the easiest and most common fix for something like the problem you are having.
