Question about Canon DR-2580C Path-Through Scanner
I have a Canon DR-2580C document scanner. I encountered this error message " error in shading position Canon DR-2580C driver version 1.3.1 xxx (-4431). And also my scanner keeps on blinking after turning it on.
If the scanners keeps blinking while powering on, it is because it has not been intialised. Check for loose shreds of paper in the paper path. Unless the scanner intialises, it cannot scan. If simpel 'countonly' option works, then the scanner is okay.
