1 - The correct sequence for all channel data input: a.satellite name; b.frequency; c.polarisation; d.data/symbol rate; e.fec. Its the virus Known as "New folder Virus"(it may have other names").
You can get your folders back by installng a very good anti-virus or else by downloading "Pen-Drive-Recovery-Demo.exe" from many websites( Search "Pen Drive Recovery" In google) and you can get serial from me.. by mailing me at [email protected]
first insert your pendrive. Now right click on my computer.Go to manage option . select disk management. From that you must select your drive letter for your pen drive.Go to Action menu near to File menu.Fromthat select all tasks and select formatting. Then again goto all tasks and select change drive letter and paths.select the drive letter and your problem is solved. thanks for asking your problem.
I think you dropped the pen on its tip and broke the little ferrite sensing core. You can try to repair it by gluing the core back together - it worked for me. For detailed instructions on how to do it, go here:

or you can try to swap the core for the eraser and the tip (more involved - you would need to be very good with a soldering iron to attempt this). Either way - it's unfortunate that the pen is so fragile and that the user manual doesn't really warn you of this.
Good luck!
I found a solution before asking help from c-pen support.
1. Uninstall C-Pen software
2. Remove C Technologies entries from registry. They appear in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software 3. Reinstall C-Pen software (remove the pen from USB before reinstalling)
