You will need to customize your Call log settings to show which area code your located in so it will redial from the log properly. To do so, push Menu, then scroll to system settings, push select, then scroll to Area Codes, push select and specify the area code that you are in. Its an easy fix, you need to tell the phone what area code your in. Push menu, go to system settings, enter your pin, scroll forward to "area codes" press enter twice, enter your area code and push enter to save. Now the phone knows where your located and wont add the 1 and the area code. CG
