Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
When you hook up the phone with the usb to the computer the driver already should be installed(if not you should take the cd that came with the usb chord and install the driver) once that's done when you plug the phone in it should recognize the phone and automaticaqll pull up a screen that will give you the option to either upload to phone or download to computer. you click the down load and it will pull up a screen and ask which files from the phone you then pick the files and this will download it to the computer. once all the files are transfered unplug old phone(if your new phone is different from your new phone you will have to install a driver that works for the new phone.) plug the new phone in and click the upload option and which files to transfer and this should do the trick....please rate thanks
