I can't read my email. It all began when I tried to use the new version.

You switched to the new Yahoo mail didn't you?

Here's what you do if you did.

When you sign into your mail account, click options on the right hand side. Click switch to mail classic.

This will return you to the old version and you'll not have any more trouble.

It will from time to time, try to switch you to the new version, if that happens, just follow the instructions again to return to the old version.

After the introduction of the new version of mail, Yahoo will not be returning back to the classic version. Unfortunately the reviews I've read make it look like the best mail program out there, which is not proving to be the case.

My advice is to contact Yahoo as I have, and ask them to change it back due to the issues you're facing. If enough people do this, then maybe they'll reconsider their actions.

I really don't think that Yahoo will be changing this back to the classic version. I have contacted support personally, I have read numerous complaints from users over the last week regarding the change.

Contacting support however, has done nothing, I've received no response from them, so I cannot give you a clear solution to this issue.

Yahoo has removed all the options to switch back to the classic mail. They are encouraging people to switch over to the new mail.

New version of Yahoo has many issues at this time. They hope to have it fixed soon. In the meantime, try switching from one Yahoo version to another. Or shift to the Yahoo Mail Classic version (the old interface) which loads faster and works on all web browsers.
You also want to check yahoo mail using a different web browser program (Mozilla, Chrome). Or check your internet connection speed and firewall access limitations.

Click on the bottom of the screen border and drag it upwards to see the mail.

download the software and then run it as administrator. before thet go to www.kodak.com/go/clear and download clear utility for kodak aio software and then run it. what it will do is remove all the files and folders of previous kodak software.. then install vista version from internet and run it as administrator.ur issue will be resolved
