It's on the T-con board itself at location Cp1 which you will find printed on the board itself.. The fuse is a tiny s/m (surface mount fuse but you can use a pico fuse of same value. According to schematics it's a 1.5a fuse. Simply solder one across the s/m fuse and if it opens then change the board. Samsung p/n# Bn81-01286a
To test the fuse use a VU meter set to continuity.
Pico fuses are readily available at almost any electronics supply outlet. I get mine from ACME Sales in Florida (least expensive) but even your local Radio Shack might sell them...

Bought a convergence repair kit for my Samsung HCP-4752W DLP...ICs are replaced and I'm ready to refit the board back in the unit...the kit came with two 3 amp pico fuses...I can not see any similar...

Pico Fuses are either Green or Yellow ,they are in many different circuits near STKs,and Startup Power Supply boards.
Encompass Parts Distribution sells Parts and Boards for this Model.
Most of the time their is 2 resistors that need to be replaced 3.9ohms located in front of ICs.
First just replace the ICs ,you might not need to do anything else.

I replaced my convergence chips and I still have a convergence problem. Its not as bad but I still cant line up the blue convergence cross exactly

Sounds like your over half way there lol..
You now need to check the resistors positioned near the convergence ic's. They are your likely problem and go bad often when the ic's fail.

They are normally about 2watt and the values will vary but normally are like .10 ohms to 1 ohm.
I cant find a schematic to give you the exact values and locations but if these resistors measure off value at all you need to replace them with the exact value of the originals.

Heres a link to resistor color code guides just in case the value numbers are not printed on the resistors

Good Luck!!!

Sony kp-51ws500 resistors and pico fuses on d board

I can help with the PICOFUSES...they are 4 amp Pico.

As for the resistors, if ANY are burned, look at the convergence amp next to the damaged ones...those resistors are a mirror-image of the damaged ones.

You NORMALLY do not need to replace the resistors, ONLY the picofuses.

Cant tune red bulb

Check pico fuses F9A04 and F9A05 if either one of those picos are open it means the convergence Ics are bad along with the picos. Your set uses two STK392-570 ICs and the two picos are both 5amp picos. You can get replacement parts and installation instructions at the following link.

The pico fuses are located on the second board from the right heres a pic of where they are.b86c4db.jpg

Samsung LNS 4692 lcd tv t-con board

The fuse is located just upper right to the connector that attaches to the main board. This is a SMD pico fuse that is rated for 3 A @ 32 V DC that protects the Vin bus. Replacing the fuse may not fix the problem as it has most probably opened because of failure of another component.

Rear projection convergence out. replaced boards, blowing fuses

99% of these problems are due to either shorted pins or a missed pico fuse. The stk ic's are on the "D" board, attached to large heat sinks, When looking from the back you can see the heat sinks but the part's themselves will be pointing away from you and hard to see without removing the board, or using a mirror to look at the part numbers. The fuses are generally located under the fins of the heat sinks. There are several of them and vary by model. On the "G" board there will be two yellow pico fuses near the connector going to "D" board. These fuses provide power to the stk ic's you must check these as well.
