The majority of these LCDs have problems with the power supply. Once the power supply is fix, the LCD should work.

if this is apart of a smart tv may i recommend to make sure you can tell the difference whether or not you are experiencing a software related issue with the tv or b a hardware related issue with the remote. ( what will need to be done is the tv will have to have the power cord physically removed from the television. wait roughly 2 mins. once this is done plug it back in. the device will boot back up. once the tv is back on pick up the remote and try the process all over again. let me know how you make out.
The power supply is the one on the upper right corner.. The one that you see those yellow parts and the black heatsinks.
You should also see two white wires connected to the connectors I've mentioned on my previous answer.
What you might want to do is unplug the TV from the wall, Allow it to rest there for 1-5 mins. Then plug it back into the wall then try turning it on.
If the TV does not turn on after that then there is some issues with the internal power supply inside. You issue could be caused by a internal component called a electrolytic Capacitor. But before we put the cart in front of the horse please get back with me if the power cycle did or did not work.
Then I will explain repair details with you!
Thanks for usinf Fixya.com We hope you found this information Very helpful!
Try connecting any other device to the TV to confirm that the issue is with the TV. Then, you can try resetting the TV to the factory settings. If the issue persists, you may try power resetting.
To reset the TV, please disconnect the power cord for a short period of time
(approximately 1 minute). Then, reconnect the power cord and power on the TV.
If the issue persists, you can get it serviced from the nearest authorized service center.
If you see a light on the front panel, is not the fuse but something else in the power supply circuit board or could also have damaged the main board due to the poor voltage regulation of these power supplies.
