I have a sharper image mp3 digital audio player with video. Cannot get the item past the hour glass. This is the second mp3 player from sharper image that has done this to me. Other than shooting darts at it, is there any way to fix the problem?

DId you download the software i have the same one but the box is at a diffrent place i think you have to download something beacause it works fine with songs though so try that.

You don't have any problem. Don't bother about your downloader as long as your computer can recognize your mp3. If you have your mp3 songs on your computer, just copy from your computer and paste on your mp3 and there you go. Goodluck.
you have to sure the video are the rignt format
